I was told by a local LDS Bishop's
storehouse
that the church is out of white wheat and will no longer be providing it
because they buy it and it's simply too expensive right now on the open market.
The wait time for [hard] red [winter] wheat orders is 3-to-4 weeks. Another
LDS cannery in Utah is also out of several items that they typically have on
hand.
