SurvialBlog.com makes available classified ads subject to the following Terms of Use: By submitting a classified ad, or replying to an advertiser at SurvivalBlog.com you are agreeing to comply with the Terms of Use. If you are unhappy with SurvialBlog.com your only recourse is to discontinue using SurvialBlog.com.

2. Terms of Use

When submitting a classified ad, you agree to not advertise items that are unlawful, obscene, profane, defamatory, or libelous. You agree not to have a link in your ad to any website that contains anything unlawful, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, or not suitable for minors.

All advertisers are expected to sell only top quality products, to provide timely delivery/service, and to maintain reputable "Golden Rule" business practices. All advertising contracts are subject to termination at JWR's discretion at any time for any reason, with of course a full refund for any unused advertising days (pro-rated.) Don't disappoint me and I won't disappoint you!

Per SEC regulations, any advertisements that mention investments are solely the responsibility of the advertiser and are in no way endorsed or accredited by SurvivalBlog.com, nor are they a "public offering" by SurvivalBlog.com, nor is SurvivalBlog.com or its principals party to any subsequent sale of debt instruments or securities.

Advertisements for any medical device, treatment, drug, or food supplement is solely the responsibility of the advertiser and are in no way endorsed or accredited by SurvivalBlog.com, or its principals. SurvivalBlog.com is not responsibile or the use or mis-use of any product advertised on the web site.

You accept that all ads are the sole responsibility of the person that submitted the classified ad and hold the staff and management of SurvivalBlog.com harmless. You accept that SurvialBlog.com is not responsible for the ads. You accept that some classified ads may have links to other web sites. You accept that SurvialBlog.com makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information contained in any linked site.You accept that SurvialBlog.com does not provide any warranty of advertisers, products, or services listed in the SurvialBlog.com classifieds. Your transactions with advertisers on SurvialBlog.com are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that under ANY circumstances SurvialBlog.com shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of ANY transaction or contact with any other party by way of SurvivalBlog classified or display advertising.
